Yes. You can set approvals of up to 3 levels for specific rooms such as boardroom so that you control the types of events that happen there. Approvers can get notified when a booking request is made.
While ecobook has the capability to upload scheduling information, there is no out-of-the-box link with time tabling systems as there are plenty out there in the market. Get in touch with us and we will work with you on how to best interface the two systems. We have done this before for our customers.
