Buildings, Levels and Locations

All bookable facilities are tied to a building, level and location.

Each building, level and location is tied to a specific country and a specific timezone.

Each floor plan is tied to a location.

When a room or desk is associated with a location, it takes on the timezone of that location.

All bookings done on the facility will be in that timezone irrespective of the timezone the user is in.

This will be reflected in the booking details in the calendar.
