Equipment and Resources form a unique set of bookable items that can be included into ecobook. These can include laptops, projectors, tables, chairs and AV equipment. Sometimes, you can also include manpower services that can be booked.

Equipment and resources are based on quantities. They can be categorized and special rules applied to them.

They can have specific user groups that manage the specific equipment.

Equipment and resources can be booked with meeting rooms or without.

Owners can apply specific business rules such as allowed groups and lead times for reservation.
